Monday, and the metals had a decent outing… not bad, at all. But, what was with the miners? I looked in on them a couple of times intra-day, and they had been up a good bit, but by the end of the day, most held on to some small gain. And, two actually closed down!
O, well, I did write this morning, calling it BI-POLAR! Let’s see how those charts look…
Issues that closed higher on average volume were: PVG, SILJ, AG, CDE, SSRI.
Others rose on light volume: SGDM, PAAS, ABX, GDX, GLD and SLV, RGLD.
There were those that lifted higher on big volume: FSM.
SLW declined on average volume, while HL fell on light volume.
I’m guessing that overall volume was lighter today, let me see how much… Whoa! It was off. The average volume for all 15 symbols was down by 26%. There’s no rally being recognized yet.
Here’s to your accumulation of real wealth!
